CRYSTAL RELAXATION LAYOUT

1.  Lie down and make yourself comfortable.
Ensure that you will not be disturbed.
Turn off your phone.

2. Place Clear Quartz just above your head.

3. Place Amethyst on your forehead.
(Tap in place if necessary)

4. Place Blue Lace Agate at your throat.
(Tape if necessary)

5. Place Rose Quartz over your heart.
(Tape if necessary)

6. Place Yellow Jasper over your Solar Plexus.

7. Place Smoky Quartz at your feet.

8. Close your eyes breath gently,
leave crystals in place for 15 to 20 mins.
Then remove starting with the top of your head.
When you get to your feet.
Beware of a grounding cord going from your feet
Deep into the earth to hold you in your physical body.
