Grounding Techniques
One of the most widespread causes of feeling vaguely unwell,
and out of sorts is being un-grounded.
Un-groundedness means you are not fully in your physical body,
You are not in the present moment and your energy is scattered in all directions.
Fortunately, a simple exercise as you leave your bed in the morning,
will get you focused and into your body.
When you initially do this exercise it will seem to take along time,
But it will become easier,and quicker, with practise...
At first you should conduct the exercise sitting down,
But later on you will be able to do do it standing up, if you wish...
TECHNIQUES:
1.
Sit comfortable in a chair, with both feet flat on the floor...
i do this bare footed to feel more rooted!If your feet don't reach the floor, place a cushion beneath them,
If it is physically impossible for you to place your feet on the floor,
Do so in your imagination instead...
2.
Take three deep breaths
releasing any tension
that you feel on each breath
then breath normally
3.
Imagine roots growing out of the soles of your feet down into the ground,
It helps to imgaine that your feet are enormous so that you can create more roots,
Hearing or seeing these roots penetrating deep into the earths crust,
Down into the centre of the planet,
And in doing so are you,
your now connecting your energy to the earth's crust.
If it is physically impossible for you to place your feet on the floor,
Do so in your imagination instead...
2.
Take three deep breaths

that you feel on each breath
then breath normally

4.
Now imagine that energy from the earth is being sent up the roots into your feet,
And is filling your whole body with the white light...you might like to imagine that the energy flows in with each In-Breath...
Until your entire body is suffused with light...
Small Grounding Techniques..
Three-Minute Grounding.
1.
Sit with your feet firmly on the floor.
Hold a Smoky Quartz crystals in your left
hand and place it over your Sacral Chakra
Just below your naval.
Slowly Breathe in for the count of five.
Hold it for the count of three,
And breathe out for the count of seven.
Repeat this process 7 times!
You will feel the energy from the Smoky Quartz
C entering itself in your Sacral Chakra,
The centre of your body.
Tell yourself firmly
"I'am C entered and open with my body"
2.
Place the Smoky Quartz between your feet.
Stand up and beware of your connection to the earth chakra,
Which anchors you gently into your physical body.
Tell yourself:
"I'am focused and one with the earth".
3.
pick up your crystal and start your day..
